Black Eyed Peas Pre-Super Bowl Party

Yesterday afternoon, in the midst of my baking madness, Taylor informed me that we got added to the VIP list for the Black Eyed Peas Pre-Super Bowl Party. The official (and way too long) name of the party was "Sports Illustrated presents BLACK EYED PEAS Night B4 XLV Party." After a few minutes of chatting with Taylor about how fun it was going to be, I started to panic. It was 430 in the afternoon on a cold, icy, snowy day and I had no idea what I was going to wear or how I was going to do my hair! I managed to squeeze myself in for a hair appointment at Tangerine and settled on digging through my closet for a suitable outfit instead of trying to make it to the mall in all the ice. After a frenzied evening of getting ready (and of course I only mean me...Taylor was definitely not as concerned about his attire), we pulled it all together and safely made it down to Fair Park where they had a massive tent set up next to the tower building for the event. The Black Eyed Peas performed, David Guetta DJed, there was an open bar, and tons of people everywhere dancing and having fun. We hung out with a few of our friends who were there too and then bumped into Owen Wilson as we were heading out. It was definitely an experience!
