Earlier today, this sweet little one was calmly hanging out in her bassinet while I was rushing around trying to get a few household chores done in the last 30 minutes before Taylor got home. All at once I got this overwhelming feeling of "it can wait" and with the dishwasher half emptied and the laundry sitting in the dryer, I scooped up my little girl and we danced around the living room, singing along to Frank Sinatra and Michael Buble. It was the best decision. Taylor got home and joined right in with us. It's amazing how much you can love such a little person. So thankful that I get to be this girl's momma.
