We love this quick and easy breakfast smoothie! It's delicious (tastes similar to a PB&J) and has a good amount of protein to keep you full throughout the morning.
Ingredients:
Banana (half or whole)
Pinch of chia seeds
2-3 heaping spoonfuls of greek yogurt
Handful of spinach
1-2 tbsp of peanut butter
4-5 big frozen strawberries
A good pour of chocolate milk
Directions:
Add everything to your blender & blend!
