How far along? 23 Weeks
Total weight gain: 11.1 lbs.
Maternity clothes? Yes and super comfy. A friend at work let me borrow a bunch of her maternity tops - so sweet of her! I'm happy I now I have a few more options to rotate through each week. Still wearing my regular jeans however, my regular workout yoga pants aren't really comfortable anymore so I wear my maternity yoga pants all the time.
Stretch marks? None yet! Fingers crossed and still rubbing on lots of lotion and oil.
Sleep: Good
Best moment this week: Got two of 'em:
First: it was Jaxon's graduation weekend from ACU! It was so fun getting to celebrate with him and the family. Another post with more pictures to come soon!
Second: It was my first Mother's Day! Taylor surprised me Sunday morning with a gift....the diaper bag I've had my eye on for quite a while (ie forever).
It was a total surprise and was the most perfect gift!
Worst Moment this week: Got nothing!
Miss Anything? Runny eggs. Working out. Being able to walk and talk and not get winded.
Movement: Little miss is kicking harder! She's most active right when I wake up, after I eat any meal (and especially when I have something sweet), and then right before bed.
Cravings: Apples, peanut butter, sandwiches, and of course: smoothies. Taylor indulged me and we got one before our drive out to Abilene for Jaxon's graduation on Saturday! Yum.
Symptoms: My belly had started feeling dry and itchy for the first time. I'm definitely thankful that I've been using so much lotion, but it definitely makes me want to keep rubbing it on twice a day. Oh yea, my right foot has started swelling a little. It's not terrible, but definitely looks puffy by the end of the day. I'm trying to up my water intake and cut down on salt. And also put my feet up when I can. Oh and get a foot rub whenever Taylor is willing :)
Mood: Great
Looking forward to: Receiving the
(Check 'em out here and here - so cute right!?)
Jellybean is the size of a grapefruit this week.
10.5-11.8 inches & 12.7-20.8 ounces!
