Dinner: Tilapia with Peppers and Olives (over brown rice)
Breakfast: Smoothie
Lunch: Work lunch
Dinner: Quinoa Stuffed Peppers

Snacks (rotated throughout the week): Greek yogurt, Almond Beauty Bars, oatmeal, carrot muffins, almonds & craisens, and sesame crunch bars.
