{Baby3} Big Sibling Hospital Gifts

Someone told me about the idea of having a few "big sibling" gifts ready for the kiddos when they come to visit the new baby at the hospital and I knew I had to put something together for A&T.

Happy 4th of July!

I'll admit: we're all in bed and it's not even 9pm.

We are in a season right now where fireworks are just too late for our family (not to mention that our kiddos I'm sure would be absolutely terrified by the noise), and I'm okay with that...mostly. Ha! 

I can't wait until the kiddos are old enough to enjoy them (because really, fireworks are spectacular!), but for now I'm totally happy with how we celebrated America's birthday, which involved time at the splash pad with our cousins & a big 'ole family lunch complete with grilled chicken, corn on the cob, plenty of watermelon, and of course, apple pie.

{Baby3} Maternity Pictures

About a month ago we did a short session with our favorite photographer and we just got our pictures back! As usual, they turned out great! I decided this set of pictures was going to serve as our "maternity session" too so we made sure to get a few specifically highlighting baby E :)

Arden's Dance Recital 2019

Arden had her very first dance recital this past weekend!

She's been taking dance class weekly for the past year & loves dance Friday! They've been learning both ballet & tap.

The recital theme this year was Disney...too cute!

Arden danced to Colors of the Wind from Pocahontas:

She did great on stage!!

She had lots of adoring fans waiting for her after the recital!

So proud of our girl!

{BabyT} First 2 Weeks

Teacher Gifts: Easter

I had so much fun putting together these little Easter treats for Arden's daycare teachers! 

I made them about 2 weeks ahead of time too, just in case I went into labor early!

I searched for & found a good variety of egg-shaped candy to go w/ the theme of tags:

The eggs were just begging for a little nest so I added some pretty pink easter basket straw stuff on the bottom of each bag.

There may or may not be a little $5 Starbucks gift card tucked in the very middle of the bag.

Coffee goes so well with chocolate!

Teacher Gifts: St. Patrick's Day

Last week we brought in little gifts for Arden's teachers.

Everyone needs to find their pot 'o gold at the end of the rainbow.

Especially if that gold is chocolate!
